Executive / P&L responsibility of annual revenue targets, regional operations and management / union teams for telecom services; Northeastern US and International clients; Verizon, ATT & major clients. Identified new national business opportunities for professional / engineered, IT and software services. Drove opportunities via strategic sales/ marketing plans, segment and financial analysis. Managed a 150 member team and operational resources to achieve $20M revenue and 30% GM. Increased revenue by 12% over period and achieved a positive EBITDA of 8%. Accountable for operations and corporate recommendations to increase revenue streams, identify acquisitions, and partnerships within corporate risk guidelines. Ensured highest level of customer development and satisfaction was met by overall team Directed quoting, sales and negotiations for national accounts RFQ’s and service contracts. Increased 2004 sales levels by 36% over 2003 via multiple new customer contracts and turfs. Liaison, leading inter-departmental teams to drive business development and client quality levels. Developed business cases on competitive threats, market drivers and revenue opportunities to support forward looking management decisions. Enhanced customer rapport/relationships via status meetings, site visits and entertainment/events.
