Daily Duties at Avid Technologies:
Lead, motivated, and counseled the sales team, to meet or exceed budgeted sales revenue, gross profit, average sales price, and annual maintenance contract levels while maintaining teamwork and the highest level of customer service. Responsible for up to $4 million for revenue expectations. Planned, coached, trained, advised, and reviewed with account managers, inside sales representatives and field application engineers, their progress in achieving individual and team revenue targets and assist them in their career planning, training and growth; recommends and facilitates appropriate development opportunities. Scheduled and hosted periodic informational team meetings and team-building exercises. Facilitated client based training events, to promote product adaptation across the business line and drive customer upsell potential and retention. Ensured metrics / reports are produced on a quarterly basis along with conducting strategic account planning for key customer accounts. Worked with customer and appropriate internal staff to resolve customer issues and complaints. Supported and advocate headquarter initiatives. Managed day-to-day employee relations' issues.Evaluated performance data. Participated in fiscal year business planning. Measured success of cross business line sales. Facilitated communication and cooperation between team and OEM representatives.
