Daily Duties at Gap Outlet:
Day to day leardership/operations of a $6M volume store with Adult/Kids/Baby clothing,4 direct reports and 35-60 sales associates. Coach/Mentor/Train with stagetic leardership skills my direct reports, while team building and building store/district bench strength, floor mapping and implementation of visual floor plan, remerchandise sell through product, MOD (manager on duty) on scheduled hours ensure hourly sales goals are being met and exceeded interacting with sales associates and customers and conducting circle 8's, replenishing,converting customers to process credit card applications and ensure that our credit goals are being met, forecast/reforecast sales, manage payroll,ensure that any tasks that need to be completed per HQ directive for that day is completed in the time alotted, ex:Promo change, markdowns, window change, ensure that shipment is being processed corretly and in alotted time by follow,staffing needs, recruit when neccessarying up with my stock supervisor, assess store District-wide customer service leardership for 15 stores,creating/implementing/conduct follow-up of customer service action plans and administer customer service conference calls.
