Daily Duties at Guaranteed Rate, Inc.:
- Consultative Selling: actively listening allows me to provide my clients with the solutions that address their concerns, meet their needs, exceed their expectations and drive corporate revenue. - Market development: create and execute a strategic and tactical business plan to build referral relationships, acquire new clients, improve market share and increase production levels. - Pipeline Management: new client account setup, monitoring the processing and underwriting of product details and the coordination of contract timelines with all parties involved in the transaction to close. - Marketing: personalized branding by developing a logo, resource website and blog (www.StartwithJP.com), utilization of social networking to expand recognition, managing drip campaigns to previous clients and current referral sources as well as database management to ensure consistent client experiences. - Continuing Education and Licensing: maintain federally required annual educational requirements and supervised licensure testing and keeping abreast of the current market and economic indicators for industry. - Provide exemplary client service by assessing their needs, prescribing the best products to fit their profile and be consistent with my availability and support til closed and beyond.
