Daily Duties at Arbella Insurance Group:

• Participated in the enhancement of agent facing reports and conversion to new print vendor. Tasks consisted of communicating business requirements, developing/executing test cases, and reconciling agency data in print tables. • Coordinated with IT and field support staff regarding steps to enable agents with the ability to interface with Arbella. Supported production environment which included analysis of upload and download transmissions. • Designated point person for assisting with the company's objective of establishing an agency administration database. Database allowed for single point of entry, interface with 4 legacy systems and consistent display of agent data. The agency data captured in this repository was pertinent to policy transactions and necessary for the creation of dashboard reporting. Responsibilities included researching company standards and providing supporting documentation for business case, communicating business requirements, validation of data converting from legacy systems to new database, developing/executing test cases, and implementation planning. • Web security administrator responsible for maintaining agency profiles and user lists on Arbella.com. Role also included conducting agency visits for the purpose of increasing web usage through agent training.
