Daily Duties at Re/Max Equity Group:
Assist in negotiating sales and purchase of homes for clients. Includes prospecting, marketing, networking, Market Analysis. Manage relations with Title and Escrow, Lenders, Appraisers, Home Inspectors. Search for and find homes that meet the clients criteria in their price range, and facilitate the buying or selling process to close.
