- Designed the process and led the implementation of CIO dashboard project (BRP). The tool was instrumental in helping the CIO run IT like a business by providing transparency into all aspects of the department through metrics and monitoring. The data was collected from a central and authoritative source - Managed, Maintained and Enhanced a real-time Trade Reporting System and several subsystems and multiple projects under its umbrella. - Directly Managed and led a team of upto 10 people. - Coordinated and influenced a team of upto 25+ people.
