• Created monthly financial statements in Excel, and journal entries to record accruals. • Analyzed and maintained inter-company accounts for two foreign entities. • Reconciled sales to the general ledger on a monthly basis. • Prepared schedules used in the financial audits for fiscal years 2004-2006. • Completed and processed sales tax returns, and processed the 1099 forms and 1096 transmittal. • Coordinated with ADP to ensure all payroll taxes are properly processed. • Maintained various monthly analyses of select P&L and balance sheet accounts. • Performed fixed asset and intangible accounting and analysis.
