Manage South Carolina and Deep South Territory – Responsible for 60 managers and 120 sales staff. • Facilitate workshops for sales staff and managers. • Implement sessions to improve product sales & employee development. • Work with training team to construct monthly sales training objectives & modules • Ride along and assess progress & train sales staff. • Develop & Implement business plan to ensure success of training strategies .
