Daily Duties at Us Army:

 Executed, researched and de-obligated of over $30 million in open obligations for the directorate  Mastered multiple accounting systems required to research clear open obligations  Organized Tri-Annual Review documentation into auditable files  Knowledgeable of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) used to enter, modify, retrieve and delete accounting information using the ROSEDUST, EDA and PRESS accounting programs  Maintained and reported weekly J2 Tri-Annual Review metrics  Represented J2-FE at Agency Tri-Annual Review weekly progress meetings  Reviewed contracted invoices and matched them to disbursements  Examined accounting documents for proper accounting classification and authorization  Prepared forms and manuals for workers performing accounting and bookkeeping tasks  Entered and processed data into various accounts and general ledgers (GLs)  Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process allocating Department of Defense (DoD) resources, managing to staying within the fiscal budget while following the Secretary of Defense’s policies, strategies and goals.
