Daily Duties at L3 Communications, Space And Navigation:
Directed all aspects of $100 million manufacturing operation, producing highly complex space and navigation inertial products for DOD applications. Established operating goals, budgets, performance indicators, productivity improvement initiatives and cost reduction programs that consistently improved product cost, quality and delivery performance. Managed 4 direct reports and 100 indirect reports. Planned and administered $7 million annual operating budget, $30 million in direct material input and a 126,000 square foot facility. Reported to the President of the division.
