Coordinate all aspects of a multiple contract design-build $70M out of the ground project of 850 bed - four dormitory buldings and police station with fitness center on an undeveloped 30 acre rock quarry with no utilites. Including working with all governmental agencies, municipalities, architects, engineers, college departments, vendors, from planning to move-in.
