Daily Duties at Perfect Edge Cutlery:
Started with the company as the Service and Outside Sales Manager, supervising four service reps. Maintain customer data base, and the daily service schedule. Process the outside service/sales invoices. Maintain communication between the reps and their customer. Truck inventory control. Process account receivables, receiving and posting all payments, prepare monthly statements and calling clients for collection purposes. After 3 months of employment I was promoted to Office Manager/Accounting Clerk. Posting the stores daily sales receipts, balance the petty cash and make the bank deposit. Processing monthly payables, completing all months end reports on general ledger. Reconcile monthly bank statement. As the office manager I supervised three other office employees, prepared the bi-weekly payroll and submit to ADP payroll service. Maintain the offices equipment and ordered all supplies. Made travel and hotel arrangements for the CEO, and prepare a monthly expense report.
