Daily Duties at Sun City Grand Community Association Management:
Manage 45+ age initiative resort style community consisting of 10,000 homes built by Del Webb with a resident population of 17,000. Manage and direct nine staff and 160 volunteers. Responsible for all facets of department and a major contributor to operational duties and projects. Manage the ASU Lifelong Learning Academy program as well as, all room rentals and resident programs including all recreational, educational and spiritual requirements. Success maintained through marketing and implementation. Additional responsibilities as appointed by Executive Director and Board of Directors. Development and maintenance of operations and capital budgets. Plays an active role in Project Management and Strategic Planning. Effective public speaker with exceptional communication skills. Communicate with seven different department Directors as a means of effective community problem solving.
