Work collaboratively with team of over 400 professional and technical personnel Develop, review, and revise technical contracts and out-source service costs Provide technical assistance and training to programs operated by external customers Support police chief in developing and implementing new/revised policies/ procedures Aid in developing the department’s strategic plan and division budget Facilitate the selection and hiring of new city employees Investigate and resolve problems and complaints for internal and external customers Develop and deliver educational presentations to community stakeholders Responsible for compiling, evaluating, and studying statistical data
