Leading Unix, Windows, Client, Messaging, Resource Management Teams, 35 global team members, to provide highly available and resilient solutions while partnering with Yahoo Global Service Desk to deliver Sustainable, Operable, and Maintainable solutions, 7x24, meeting present and future business needs. Through best practice design, and ITIL compliance leverage technology tailors solutions for enterprise needs, reducing costs and improving customer service levels. •Team members provide Yahoo! Globally with all business email hosting over 22,000 mail boxes; Active Directory, and customized UNIX solutions for User Account Management, bulk email distribution lists across Yahoo! Enterprise, with Client End Point engineering solutions for malware, application distribution for end point operating systems and patching, and end point backup. •Team consists of 4 managers and 34 full time employees, 4 contractors developing test cases, documented processes/procedures created training materials to integrate Virtualized solutions into Yahoo!
