Daily Duties at Andrea Bunis Management Inc.:
• Prepare commercial mortgage loan/sales packages and submissions for presentation to lenders and buyers. • Work alongside Producers in the marketing of financing transactions. Respond to lender and borrower questions. Prepare market analysis reports, including vacancy, absorption, and comparable rents and sales. Review and analyze legal documents and third party reports as part of the due diligence process. Assist loan originators in preparing documentation for the closing process. Organize and present financial analysis, draw objective conclusions and make recommendations. Perform complicated financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis in Excel. Prepare and maintain financial models in Skyline. Interact with clients, prospective buyers and investors in all stages of transactions, including RFPs, underwriting, packaging, marketing, and closings. Provided administrative support for the President of the company Maintained accurate up to date confidential files for the company Handled all confidential incoming and outgoing documents for the President of the company Coordinated meetings with internal employees and external clients with the President and Director of Operations Responsible for coordinating travel for President • Handle all personal accounting and correspondence for President Being the point person on compliance issues with all buildings and making all court appearances with regards to violations. Handle all incoming queries from perspective new business and creating company brochures and literature for distribution to perspective new clientele. Co-ordinate all transactions with regards to transitioning new properties into our portfolio. Co-ordinate all transactions with regards to transitioning new properties into our portfolio.Responsible for transitions of outgoing properties to other management companies. Responsible for generating the budgets for all properties that we manage. Gathering all relevant information (water & sewer payments, quarterly property tax payments, SCRIE abatements, etc.)
