• Passivation innovation for 25µm pitch InAs/GaSb based strained layer superlattice Focal-Plane Arrays. • Design of the LWIR InAs/InGaSb based low noise avalanche photodiode by 14 band k.p model • Processing of High Operating Temperature (HOT) p-i-n HgCdTe/CdTe/Si • Lead Process development engineer for hetero and homo-junction single crystal II – VI on Si single junction and tandem cell working for DOE funded pre-incubator and incubator projects. • Demonstration of 16% efficient single junction solar cell using single crystal II-VI on Si substrate. • Demonstration of 17% efficient double junction II-VI on Si tandem cell. • Design, Processing and Characterization of single crystal homojunction and heterojunction CdTe based single junction photovoltaic for CPV applications. • Optimization of the CdS window layer for single heterojunction. • Optimization of Front (metal and TCO) and back contact • Diffused homojunction solar cell in single crystal II-VI • Processing and Characterization of single crystal homojunction and Gr. II – Gr. VI based multiple junction concentrated photovoltaic (M-CPV).
