• Skilled at performing LCMS (ion trap, nano-LC-LTQ and nano-LC-LTQ-FTICR), confocal, and multiphoton microscope imaging, coupled with expertise in operating surface plasmon resonance (SPR, BiaCore), spectrofluorimeter, and plate readers., • Exemplify proven success in conducting protein expression in insect, mammalian, and bacterial systems as well as purification of protein/antibody using gel filtration, ion exchange, hydrophobic, and affinity chromatography with AKTA FPLC system , • Strong ability in peptide/protein characterization using mass spectrometry and proteomics database search engines, both completed in fiercely competitive and fast-paced environment, • Proficient in preparing samples for proteomics using 1-D, 2-D gel electrophoresis, tryptic digestions, and western blotting, • Offer unyielding expertise in molecular biology (PCR, construct preparation and cloning), qPCR, siRNA and isolation, and purification of DNA and RNA, • Possess in-depth knowledge of high-throughput assay development, including ELISA and enzyme assays, cell-based real time activity assays, fluorescence ligand binding assays, mass spectrometric assays, and radio ligand binding assays, • Acquire thorough knowledge of mammalian cell culture and transfection, • Expertly dealt with estrogen, nitric oxide, eicosanoid, apoptotic, and chemoprevention signaling pathways, • Display technical skills in MassMatrix, Mascot, PyMol, Microsoft Office Suite, ChemDraw, and Sigma plot
