Daily Duties at Federated Logistics & Operations:
Working directly for the Operations Vice President for Macy’s furniture warehouse, I audited the daily delivery manifest, updated the customer database and process the special delivery invoices. Resolve issues with problem delivery including issues involving damaged merchandise. Prepare accounts payable invoices for payment. Created a delivery/driver performance spreadsheet to track the driver’s delivery/customer service performance. Prepare monthly delivery reports. Maintain the monthly department meeting calendar, make travel arrangements for management, and prepare monthly expense reports. Order all office supplies, and maintain all office machines.
