Daily Duties at Aim Healthcare Services, Inc.:
Promoted to the position after being recognized by management as “The best of the best”. Travel to healthcare providers to learn the functionality of onsite systems and claims adjudication processes. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers management and staff. Research credit balance reports for insurance payment error trends. Analyze data and provide recommendations to initiate corrective measures to improve billing and insurance payment posting procedures. Interpret hospital contracts and calculate contract rates to ensure insurance claim payment accuracy. Ensure healthcare providers adherence to state and federal compliance policies (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, or HIPAA; Protected Health Information, or PHI), reimbursement policies and insurance contract compliance.
