Daily Duties at Universal Technical Resource Services:
90% of my time was devoted to one client: the Federal Laboratory Consortium (FLC). Lead team of 10 members for National Conference and on-site. Planned and executed all meetings for the FLC. Responsible for client and customer satisfaction at all conferences, training all members for conference specifics and organize staffing for each session and team station.
