Daily Duties at Johnson City Medical Center:

As a quality improvement nurse, I was responsible for the summation, interpretation and coordination of quality improvement activities for a 78 bed progressive care unit and a 32 bed intensive care unit. This position required me to utilize knowledge obtained from both my nursing and business background.Within this professional role, I was an active member of the Progressive Care Quality Improvement Committee and the Nursing Quality Improvement Education Council.
