Daily Duties at Walton Risk Services:

As Team Manager: Train and develop underwriting and support staff; collect, maintain and present training materials to staff; oversaw and managed budgetary expense for the usage of national auditing and inspection risk services were being appropriately used on a risk-by-risk basis: reviewed and approved (if not declined)underwriting proposals for staff members whose underwriting authority fell short of risk requirements. As Lead Underwriting Manager for Dept.: Composed insurance forms, endorsements & pricing protocol manuals; designed management report construction; developed, marketed to, expanded, maintained and added to national production plant; underwrote and priced risks for coverage which came to me either by self-assignment; presented related proposals; authorized bound orders and prepared contract issuance instructions; ordered the scheduling risk inspections; reviewed inspection reports and acted upon any related risk control recommendations; solicit, review for approval, then implement risk class underwriting programs.
