Daily Duties at Chrysler Financial Services:

Lead a team of 10 collectors that were responsible for the overall delinquency percentage associated with eight "cycle days" (AKA Due Dates). I would share my best practices and provide second voices for any escalated calls. Would also be responsible for reporting the production of each associate's monthly results to upper management
