Daily Duties at Receivable Management Services:

Developed collection strategies and wrote proposals to expand portfolio servicing offerings. Assisted with the management of our day shift commercial collection agents, along with assisted management of our part time evening associates servicing the consumer segments my senior management team serviced. The management of these team members (29 direct and assisted with over 100 indirect) was attendance, adherence to company policy and procedures-as well as our clients, reviewing daily production counts with each direct team member, and any recruiting or terminations that were warranted. Manage all client-facing & customer relationship functions including managing to SLA/contract requirements, presenting QBR, Delivered superior client performance & profit margin results for accounts serviced trough RMS’ off-shore centers
