Daily Duties at Receivable Management Services:
Was responsible for the management of over 70 direct reports servicing RMS's third largest client, Dell Financial Services. I was also responsible for the production of the call center operations servicing this same client via Pueblo CO and New Delhi India. I compiled all production related reports for the use of our customer on a daily basis. I have trained all associates in every aspect of servicing this client, from collection skill sets, to policy and procedures we must adhere too. I also serviced two smaller clients via two direct supervisors and a total staff of 19 associates. These clients were Canon Financial Services and Boston Scientific. Manage all client-facing & customer relationship functions including managing to SLA/contract requirements, presenting QBR, attending client meetings/agency conferences, attending sales calls, trade shows & conventions, and cross-selling into clients’ other markets. Serve as liaison into the RMS organization
