As a Project Excutive, I was hired to run all New Haven Ct area projects at the time totaled 30 Mil in project value. Devolped a central field office base of opporations that took care of 100% of the day to day project reporting, operations management, and scheduling. Had 4 Project Engineers and 5 Project Superintendents to manage. Porjects considted of the Implosion of The New Haven Ct Colisum, Mass demolition of the Macy's building while mantaining tunnel suppliy access to the hart of New Haven Ct. Bridge construction over a major city/state travel way, and various other small demolition and site work projects.
