Managed all PBX switch adds, moves, and changes for all worldwide locations Performed hardware and software upgrades to PBX as necessary Ensured effective utilization and maintenance through monitoring system operation of PBX hardware and software • Managed rollout of mobile voice solution server in order to tie the cell phones to the Avaya PBX Setup web-based conferencing accounts for all company employees Acted as a liaison between end users and vendors in order to resolved hardware/software issues • Audited telecom billings from vendors for accuracy • Maintained and ordered all blackberry devices, as well as programmed and configured blackberry Enterprise servers for all employees Managed all DID and T1 setups
