• Work side-by-side with the Government COTRs/ CORs in order to introduced/ standardized reporting procedures for the top 12 USPTO contractors on a monthly basis • Collaborated across multiple USPTO divisions in order to standardize: Cost-Drivers Analysis, Burn-Rate Analysis, Project-Plan-Activity Codes (PPA Codes), and Office of Management and Budget (OMB 300) reports; all reports are updated on a monthly basis and sent directly to the senior US Treasury Department’s leadership • Created and conducted training for all of the Contractors and Government Task Order Managers on the new Contractors Actuals Database • Carried out pricing analysis of potential government acquisitions by performing Independent Cost Estimates for the Office of Procurement • Performed due-diligence for contract acquisitions by writing the language of the RFP, standardizing bid process templates, and evaluating financial merits of each competing bid/ proposal for the Office of Procurement • Created ad hoc templates in order to facilitate management of USPTO contracts
