Daily Duties at Campus Apartments:
Regional Manager, Western Region California, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Hawaii 1,714 apartments, 11 assets in Region Managing all operational aspects, financial performance, leasing and marketing Property operations, marketing, budgets, contracts, financials, training, leasing, capital, capital project management, with a clear understanding of adding value, expense management to maximize NOI and driving revenue in conjunction with owner objectives and overall team leadership. Third party reporting, owner interaction ,receivership experience, CAM and due diligence. New asset lease up experience- University Gateway in Los Angeles, 100% lease up Fall 2011 one of the largest student housing deals in the country, all aspects of marketing and market research.
