• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Built and updated dynamic Excel company-specific and industry comparative valuation models; assisted in fundamental (securities valuation) and technical analysis on stocks within coverage universe; and analyzed/assessed emerging and present industry trends • Research and Report Development: Conducted proprietary research (channel checks); collected raw data from business/trade publications, annual reports, financial filings, academic journals and electronic libraries pertinent to coverage universe; monitored company and industry news; sourced data from market access platforms including: Bloomberg, ILX, FactSet and StreetEvents; and developed industry-specific databases encompassing online retail traffic patterns, renewable energy subsidies, and silicon prices • Communications & Marketing: Synthesized and amalgamated financial analysis and research data to author creative content for research initiatives including: notes, reports and white papers; created PowerPoint presentations and other marketing brochures and initiatives for client meetings, conferences and non-deal roadshows; created graphs, charts and exhibits for reporting and marketing initiatives; and established key industry contacts and forged a close relationship with IEA Photovoltaic Power Systems Program • Supported Top Ranked Analysts: Daniel Gelbtuch, #1 Ranked Semiconductor Analyst by Wall Street Journal (2005), #3 Ranked Semiconductor Analyst (2005) and #9 Ranked US (All Sectors) Equities Analyst (2006) by Forbes/StarMine; and Vivian Ma, ranked #2 Specialty Retail Analyst for U.S. (2007) by Financial Times/StarMine
