Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the two different operating facilities, overseeing four major customer contracts, over 80 vehicles, and over 140 employees. Responsibilities included oversight of the scheduling, dispatching, training, safety, and maintenance functions; implementation of all company programs, systems, and procedures to ensure the safe, on-time transportation of all passengers. Also responsible for all payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and P/L functions.
