Daily Duties at Millstone Medical:

Day to day planning requred to meet production requirements, personnel assignments for five packaging associates and three or more rework personnel in two departments. Process involved following standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure proper process completion, following safety rules while operating equipment, training to ensure SOP adhereance, tracking expense for scrap material, stated initiative to,improve production procedures to increase the output of the packaging department, and avoid delays caused by line turnover of different product runs.Support company policies, attendance, support lean six sigma manufacturing and 5S objectives with the objective of continuous improvement.Team building is a primary objective by setting challenging and doable goals for the departments. Performing tests and inspections and maintaining the manufacturing area to clean room specifications at all times.
