Responsible for an Estate - Solely dealt with the Real Estate properties. Interviewed and Hired Attorney's for Real Estate Problems and Mediations. Interviewed Real Estate brokers to sell property. Purchased Foreclosures at the courthouse steps Personally did, old school, manual title research to make sure properties were not encumbered beyond value. Negotiated and Purchased multiple REO's from banks. Sought out potential Lessee's for for commercial land lease. Negotiated with multiple lessee's and came to a deal with Chick-fil-A(CFA). Worked through the entire lease agreement and followed the project all the way through completetion. Comment:"should this be in here? I want to show my ability to negotiate.
