Reviewed, edited, and rewrote all B-l bomber defensive system documentation to include: defensive evaluation procedures, engineering test plans, developmental test and evaluation reports, flight reports, monthly status reports, installation and checkout procedures, engineering problem reports, and document change request notices supporting US Air Force B-1B flight test operations. Verified parameters for range test emitters, test range setup, and flight test scenarios. Chaired Technical Screening Committee and Technical Review Boards to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical data. Effectively tracked, scheduled and prioritized engineering action items. Developed documentation tracking system and procedures to meet stringent time requirements.
