Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics :

Held a Top Secret Security Clearance. Performed F-22 Avionic Systems health assessments, diagnostics, software loading, and repair supporting rigorous flight test schedule. Performed duties as F-22 Mission Control Room Technical Lead providing pilot with real time system status and reaction plans. Represented Lockheed Martin Engineering at daily Air Force status/strategy meetings reporting fleet health status and maintenance recommendations. Chaired Process Improvement, Quality Assurance, and Safety teams. Directed 85 Avionic System Engineers in support of F-22 flight test activities. Managed multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) programs to include contract deliverables, $10M budget, reports, schedules, and performance criteria. Directed eight Integrated Product Team leads on engineering, design tasks, and field support/flight test mission requirements. Deployed to support flight test operations by leading a team composed of engineers and mechanics to prepare, evaluate, and and perform signature measurements of critical assets.
