Facilitate and conduct effective training and orientation programs for Independent Associates throughout the country and provide education and support on products and services. Apply a working knowledge of professional, consultative or strategic selling skills to maintain existing business, develop/grow business in existing accounts and conduct new account development. Established and maintained professional and productive relationships with clients, decision makers, and businesses and gained trust of customers.
