Daily Duties at Police Officer / Supervisor:
Management – Personnel Administration I had direct management responsibility for officers providing Public Safety Support for the city of Longview during the First Watch (Midnight to 8:00 AM) I worked as Project Lead for the software implementation of the Tiburon Public Safety Information System currently supporting Police, Fire, EMS and other city services. I was responsible for staff / manpower scheduling all personnel (approximately 24) both sworn and civilian employees for the First Watch. Responsible for new hire and ongoing training efforts for all members of the Watch.
