Daily Duties at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems:
The growth, leadership and management of all Integration, Verification & Validation (IV&V) activities on the RAID team including coordinating the engineering bidding responses, manpower planning, recruiting and budget activities. The team consisted of over 30 engineers with 4 technical leads and activities in 3 different geographic locations. I managed the delivery of 3 RAID configurations from concept to delivery. I provided inputs to logistics support plans for infield support. I ensured testing product adhered to engineering standards.
