Daily Duties at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems:
Informally mentor junior level engineers on the PATRIOT Sensor Sell Off Team by providing guidance with internal processes and technical decision making. Technical documents that were produced were reviewed prior to submission to the lead and other teams. When a process did not exist, I reviewed and developed a process to meet the intent of the established program goals. Supported Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Reviews (CDR) for system level team inputs.
