ACLS Coordinator BLS instructor Responsible for the assessment of competenancy gaps and learning needs of RNs in the critical area which include ICU,ER and PACU Worked with nurse mangers to coordinate orientation programs Responsible for the coordination a tri-city Critical Care Course Developed orientation modules for ICU,ED,PACU Involved in the interviewing process for new hires and assisted in staff evalauations Responsible for annual staff competencies for ICU,ED, and PACU Participated in numerous committees which inclue Performance Improvement, ICU/ED Medical committee responsible fordevloping curriculum for annual Critical Care course
