Daily Duties at Mercy Hospital Of Philadelphia:

Co-chairman for the hospital pain management team. Quality Improvement coordination for Surgical services Directly responsible for the immediate postoperative care of the patient by utilizing the nursing process and ASPAN's standards. Surgeries include: thoracic, vascular,orthopedics, cardiac intervention, general surgery, ENT, Plastics. Formulates a goal-directed plan of care that is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes Coordinate planned nursing care with other health care team members.
