Hired by former administration in 1989 to utilize my environmental expertise to investigate and prosecute environmental crimes in Nassau County. Conducted investigations during this period of crimes involving workers’ compensation fraud, unemployment insurance fraud, prevailing wage fraud and home improvement contractor fraud. Cases required the ability to coordinate investigations with various local, state and federal agencies.
