Supervised over 80 nurses and CNA's in the field. Visited patients over West TN in home care setting. Supervisory visits with full responsibility of hiring nursing staff to care for patients. Scheduled nurses, obtained monthly reports. Trained staff for care of ventilators, trachs, IV therapy, medication regimen. Taught family on disease process, along with wellness for home care setting. In Services performed monthly for staff and parents/family members. CPR training, obtained labs, EKG's
