Daily Duties at Maxim Healthcare:
Directoer over 60 nurses out in the field performing skills for private duty patients. My job consisted of visiting patients monthly and overseeing the care of patients and nurses in the field. Clinical administration consisted of monthly reports, admissions, discharges and post-hospital responsibilities. Hired nursing staff for home care patients. Heavy training of nurses/patients/communityu wellness. The nurses were trained on ventilators, trachs, wound vacs, IV> Therapy, feeding tubes, and all aspects of nursing care for adult and pediatric care. Trained staff in CPR, wellness health, blood borne pathogens, universal precautionsm and wellness and prevention of disease process. Wellness community set up wellness clinics to draw blood, obtain urine, perform EKG's blood panel, cholesterol, BP, VS, along with Flu and pneumonia injections. Training on absence of smoking, diet, diabetic training, heart disease and more.
