Daily Duties at Millennium Investments, Inc.:
Acted as the liaison between the firm’s partners and managed 150 plus account executives in the sales force – having their team leaders report directly to me. CRM system utilized was Goldmine. Tracked daily performance of all management personnel, analyzed and had full P&L responsibility, set projections and goals, and acted as closer and enhancer. Management participated and trained sales forces of 45 software, SEO, telecom and technology firms that we raised funds for, acting as the sales lead for these firms. Prospected by calling on institutions, funds and high-net-worth individuals providing research and news for investments in Regulation D's, PIPEs and hedge funds. (60% cold calling, 40% calling on referrals and established clients - $33 million raised from 107 individual clients and $205 million from institutions) Series 24 - Principal.
