Daily Duties at Diligent Board Member Services, Inc.:
The preponderance of my time was spent managing teams at trade show events worldwide, calling and meeting with General Counsel, Corporate Secretaries, other high level executives and board members educating them on the system, selling it and working with them ultimately to implementation. Clients include; Analysts International, Legg Mason, AIG – Sun America Funds, Occidental Petroleum, Cisco Systems and Burger King. Over 120 boards and 1800 users in total. CRM system utilized was Maximizer. (30% cold calling - 150 dials per day, 70% calling incoming leads from marketing programs)
