Daily Duties at At&T Wireless Services:

I maintained all facets of existing customer base most importantly including relationship management, billing inquires, and increase in sales. I was charged with the responsibility of maintaining and growing revenue for 5 major accounts. Manage large accounts ($1.5M plus annual revenue and up) Assisted accounts with strategic planning and goal setting. I guided all implementation of a new Quality Assurance department in an existing call center. Defined Quality Assurance policy and procedure guidelines for the Greensboro call center in order to align with other company call centers. Lead training of all call center management and employees of new procedures and introduced calibration sessions to the management staff. I worked closely with direct reports to ensure that they worked consistently and successfully toward the company goals. I used positive coaching and re-enforcement to help my direct reports reach their required performance standards. I encouraged direct reports to work toward new positions in the company allowing me to meet my goal of hiring and developing great people.
