Daily Duties at American Express:
Work closely with management and employees in the world wide call center environment identifying improvement opportunities in day to day operations for call delivery in call centers all over the world. Led a team of coaches to Manila to provide training for new call center management team and employees. I worked closely with my direct reports to ensure that they work consistently and successfully toward both personal and professional goals.
